WEEKS 1 & 2
Identify Your Audience & Voice
Identifying your audience is the very first step to creating social media that engages. We walk through exactly how to identify that member of the audience you are speaking to, what their pain points are, and how you will help them. Along with your audience, we'll help you decide how best to show up as your authentic self so your audience knows you, trusts your advice, and feels comfortable and confident in turning to you for help.
WEEKS 3 & 4
Clarify & Craft Your Message
Your message is what you want your audience to know about your area of expertise. It's your chance to teach and establish yourself as an authority. We'll walk through choosing several content pillars that will resonate with your audience. Once we have those pillars, we'll use our proven frameworks to ensure each post you create reflects your overall message and how to script consistent and engaging content.
WEEKS 5 & 6
Create Your Call to Action
Your call to action is what your audience should do after consuming your post. Having a well-crafted next step ensures that whenever you spend time and energy in creating, it serves a purpose. Some calls to action might simply be to think about or share the content, watch another video, share the post with a friend, sign up as a patient, and more. Calls to action allow you to warm your audience up to what you have to offer.
WEEKS 7, 8 & 9
Creating effective content is critical for success, and we walk through, in careful detail, each step of the process. From deciding on the best type of post (image, video, etc.) to how to script the video and how to post and promote. We walk through every step of the process and provide frameworks to save you time. You'll have an established formula and plan for consistently creating effective content!
WEEKS 10 & 11
Content Delivery (Social Platforms)
Once you've created the content, we'll teach you how to post on all the appropriate social media channels. You do NOT need to post everywhere to be successful, and we'll help you decide on the best platforms to spend your time for your specific audience. We go through all the technical components of posting for each platform so you can create and post in under 10 minutes per day!
Automate & Repurpose
Just a small portion of your audience sees each post, so get more out of every one of them by repurposing and recycling. We teach you how to take the content you've made and extend the life of each creative effort. Our automation strategy gives you a chance to take breaks from post creation without losing the attention of your audience.

Phil Boucher, MD
I'm a pediatrician and business consultant who helps physicians develop and implement social media plans that are engaging, sustainable, and enjoyable for them and the people they serve.
As a physician, I know social media management can feel overwhelming and time-consuming. It seems to be always changing, and there's often confusion and uncertainty about the latest trends and how to implement them. Keeping up-to-date with it all takes time physicians don't have, and it tends to become a distraction at work and at home.
Physicians come to me asking for relief from social media madness and for clear direction on simple social media marketing strategies. I help them to produce fruitful posts with a focus on quick and easy creation and implementation. My simplified lessons are specific to physicians and promise to resonate with their unique audience without stealing too much of their precious time.
I'm a journalism graduate who got writing and editing experience at a small marketing company and a large publishing corporation, working on content ranging from healthy recipes to health insurance, home design magazines to e-marketing strategy.
I met Phil when I took my newborn to him for pediatric care. It was instantly clear he had an incredible ability to learn and grow in his profession and beyond, along with an unwavering drive to help everyone—from his tiniest patients to his fellow physicians like you.
Fast-forward a few years, and I pounced on the opportunity to join the HYP team!
I love spending my days doing what I do best so the physicians I help can spend their days doing what THEY do best—serving their patients and communities without added stresses of keeping up with ever-changing marketing trends and technology.
Seven years ago, I was fresh out of college with a degree in psychology and absolutely no idea what to do with it. Shortly after graduation, I managed to land an entry-level social media manager job at a chiropractic clinic, and I've been working in digital marketing ever since!
Before joining Phil's team in January 2019, I'd previously held marketing jobs in the health & wellness and tech industries.
Over the past three-and-a-half years, I have found my niche in helping physician entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.
Because our services are reserved exclusively for physician entrepreneurs, we understand the day-to-day lives and unique challenges doctors face trying to do it all. So we aim to not only keep our fingers on the ever-changing marketing pulse, but to develop the resources and strategies to implement those best practices as efficiently as possible.
